Do you want to read the Icelandic newspapers and understand what’s going on in Akureyri -  Iceland?

Akureyri Municipal Library invites you to come and read the newspapers under the guidance of a librarian. This includes:

• reading the newspapers
• an introduction to different newspapers as well as websites searching for news
• understanding the words of the news
• understand why this is news

We will look in the local newspapers and discuss what's going on.

You can also bring news or articles that you would like to understand better.
