Kæru nornir, galdramenn og muggar - þann 31. júlí nk. verður Harry Potter 44 ára gamall. Í tilefni dagsins sláum við til veislu eins og síðustu ár og bjóðum ykkur velkomin á Potterdaginn mikla 2024!
Það verður ýmislegt um að vera í húsinu og biðjum við ykkur að lesa vel yfir dagskrána!
Bíómaraþon í kjallara:
- Viltu taka þér smá pásu? Frá 9:30 sýnum við fyrstu þrjár Harry Potter myndirnar með íslensku tali.
- Ykkur er velkomið að koma með nesti til að maula á yfir myndunum
- Sýningar hefjast kl. sirka:
- 9:30 - Viskusteinninn
- 11:40 - Leyniklefinn
- 14:30 - Fanginn frá Azkaban
- Sýningum líkur um 17:00 líkt og annari dagskrá
Í boði frá 10:00-17:00 á 1. hæð:
- Ratleikur um safnið - í afgreiðslu
- Sokkagetraun - við hlið afgreiðslu
- Myndakassi (Brautarpallur 9 ¾) - í sýningarrými
- Litamyndir og þrautir til dundurs - í barnadeild
Stór föndurstöð milli 15:00-17:00:
- Sprotaverkstæði Ollivanders! Komið og búið til ykkar eigin sprota á kaffiteríunni
- Allur efniviður á staðnum
- Við biðjum foreldra góðfúslega að fylgja þeim börnum sem ekki geta bjargað sér sjálf t.d. með límbyssu og annað

Dear witches, wizards and muggles - on July 31st Harry Potter will be 44 years old. On the occasion of this day, we throw a party like last years and welcome you to the Great Potter's Day 2024!
There will be many things to do in the house and we ask you to read the program carefully!
Cinema marathon in the basement:
- Want to take a break? From 9:30 we show the first three Harry Potter movies with Icelandic.
- You are welcome to bring a snack to munch on while watching the pictures
- Shows start at circa:
- 9:30 - The Philosopher's Stone
- 11:40 - The Secret Chamber
- 14:30 - The Prisoner of Azkaban
- Shows end around 17:00 like other programs
Available from 10:00-17:00 on the 1st floor:
- Harry Potter orienteering game - at the front desk
- How many socks does Dobby have? - next to the front desk
- Photo booth (Platform 9 ¾) - in the exhibition space
- Color pictures and puzzles for fun - in the children's department
Large craft station between 15:00-17:00:
- Ollivander's Wands Workshop! Come and make your own wands in the cafeteria
- All materials on site
- We kindly ask parents to accompany children who cannot fend for themselves, e.g. with a glue gun and other things
