Dear patrons! We know that it is more difficult getting to the library these days, and the situation is not normal. But it all looks to improve. Thank you for your shown patience! We also thank you for the patience towards the reduced service last Friday, yesterday and today. The picture that follows this news item is related to that situation but tomorrow the group comes back from the work-trip. Seven sisters er of course a very popular book/series here but it represents the staff members that went abroad to Barcelona to browse libraries. The seven "sisters" are of course Aija, Dagný, Dóra, Eydís, Guðrún, Hrönn and Sigrún. Three Amigos a classic comedy movie which represents of course Doddi, Hólmkell and Siggi! (Hörður is on a vacation and Reynir didn't work until the last hours of today during those three days...) Kona fer í stríð (e. Woman at war) great Icelandic film and could be our Þura?
