Sveinsstaðir Grímsey is a home stay with 9 rooms, in a recently renovated house with shared bathroom on both levels of the house.

No public transport or taxis are available in Grímsey but one can order a ride with perhaps Iceland’s only train.

The only store on the island selling groceries and other wide-range of goods.

The hot dog stand is open during ferry hours and provides a selection of hot dogs and their speciality „fish-dogs" as well as Nachos with cheese souse.

Bike rental with 7 mountain bikes (1 small and 6 medium) and helmets.

Arctic Trip was founded in 2015 by Halla Ingolfsdottir, a highly experienced guide with over 20 years of experience in guiding travelers around North Iceland, in Eyjafjordur and in particular in Grímsey where she has spent most of her days.

The guesthouse is close to the airport and the Arctic Circle. The guesthouse has 8 bedrooms,

The guesthouse is in a building called Sólbergi, above the small gift shop and Iceland’s smallest café.

The store is in the house "Sólberg" in the center of the village of Grímsey, overlooking the harbor area. Open on ferry days during summertime, while the ferry is docked.

The campsite is centrally in the little town of Grímsey, located behind the swimming pool.

This is an indoor pool, which is not common as most pools in Iceland are outdoor pools.
